First Church is a child-friendly church. We have a number of programs which are designed just for children. We also make children welcome in our worship services. The pastor has a Sermon in a Sack object lesson for the children each Sunday. We also have a childrens worship center, providing quiet activities for children sitting in the pews with their families.

The youngest children may go to the nursery during worship. Those who are a little older may go to Childrens Church following the Sermon in a Sack.
